Bayou Tactical, LLC does not sell guns because we don't have an FFL. We specialize in selling firearm accessories. 

We sell a lot of rifle and handgun magazines but unfortunately some states and municipalities have restrictions. Those restrictions are listed below:

Magazine Restrictions by State:
State Restriction
California  Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Colorado Prohibits magazines over 15 rounds
Connecticut Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds and ANY purchase of magazines require document verification
Delaware Prohibits magazines over 17 rounds
Hawaii Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Illinois Prohibits long gun magazines over 10 rounds and handgun magazines over 15 rounds
Maryland Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Massachusetts Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
New Jersey Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
New York Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Oregon

Due to the ongoing legal filings and unknown outcomes, Oregon customers must be aware that even if they have placed an order, Bayou Tactical could possibly suspend or cancel the order if it has not been shipped, for compliance with Ballot Measure 114.
Rhode Island Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Vermont Prohibits rifle magazines over 10 rounds and handgun magazines over 15 rounds
Washington Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds

Aurora, IL Prohibits magazines over 15 rounds
Cook County, IL Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Deerfield, IL Prohibits rifle magazines over 10 rounds
Highland Park, IL Prohibits rifle magazines over 10 rounds
Highwood, IL Prohibits rifle magazines over 10 rounds
North Chicago, IL Prohibits magazines over 16 rounds of center fire ammunition
University Park, IL Prohibits magazines over 10 rounds
Buffalo, NY Prohibits rifle and shotgun magazines over 5 rounds
Rochester, NY Prohibits rifle and shotgun  magazines over 5 rounds

State and municipal restrictions may change anytime and it is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply to with all applicable legal regulations.
