The Magpul Bipod designed for the 1913 Picatinny Rail offers a combination of serious strength and versatility, all at an exceptional value. Crafted from lightweight Mil-Spec hard-anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum and injection-molded polymer, this bipod brings together innovation in ergonomics, functionality, and durability.

Its sleek low-profile design effectively conceals internal mechanisms and hardware, allowing it to glide smoothly over snags and bumps. Designed for rapid one-handed adjustments, the bipod transitions seamlessly between different user configurations.

When in the shooting position, it maintains stability with forward tension, ensuring reliable performance without fear of failure or warping. The use of aluminum, stainless steel components, and reinforced polymer guarantees years of dependable service while keeping weight to a minimum—just over 11 ounces.

The bipod’s leg extensions slide and securely lock into place using the push-button system with seven half-inch spaced locking detents. These legs extend from 6.8 inches to 10.3 inches. Notably, it boasts an industry-exclusive 50° total tilt and 40° total pan, controlled by a knurled, tool-less bipod locking knob located between the extended legs. Additionally, it can lock the pan at 0° while maintaining full tilt functionality.

When folded, the streamlined housing and legs neatly fit under the barrel, measuring just under 2.3 inches deep and 3.3 inches wide. Anodized surfaces and precise tolerances ensure minimal squeaks and rattles during use.

For added convenience, a soft rubber bipod locking knob cap provides a steady, non-marring forward rest when the bipod is folded. The staggered soft rubber feet offer reliable grip on various shooting surfaces and can be easily removed using a roll pin punch. If desired, users can replace the feet with most Atlas pattern bipod replaceable feet, excluding the Atlas 5-H style.
