An integrated heat shield, along with a front lip and side extensions, effectively protects your hand from the hot barrel without interfering with the use of the factory sling loop. The extended gripping portion enhances control and handling, contributing to improved accuracy and overall shooting experience. This hand guard is made in the USA and counts as one US compliance part for 922(r).

The MOE AKM Hand Guard features M-LOK® mounting capability at the three, six, and nine o'clock positions. This allows for direct attachment of M-LOK accessories or the addition of M-LOK 1913 Picatinny rail sections, providing exceptional flexibility for customizing your rifle setup. The included replacement polymer top cover is compatible with the UltiMAK Optics Mount top cover, further expanding your mounting options.
